Delete your Cue account
Last updated: 25 October 2026
The Cue website has an account, which you make by signing in with Apple or Google. It keeps your directions, outfits, pieces, lessons and Studio looks, so they are there on every device you sign in on. Here is how to delete what it holds, and how to delete the account itself.
Delete what the account holds
Sign in, open You and press “Delete what I’ve saved”. It removes every direction, outfit, ticked piece and lesson your account holds, after two questions, and from your other devices the next time they connect.
It leaves the account itself and your Studio looks. Each Studio look has its own delete button.
Delete the account itself
Email admin@cue.style and ask us to delete your account. Tell us the email address of the Apple or Google account you sign in with, so we can find it. We’ll delete your account, and everything it holds, within 30 days.
What’s deleted and what’s kept
Deleting the account deletes everything it holds.
The rest is in our privacy policy, including what we keep for early access and how long.
When the app arrives
The Cue app is expected in early 2027. When it is out, you will also be able to delete your account in it, in these steps.
- Open Cue and go to You.
- Tap Settings, at the bottom.
- Open Privacy & data (or Account) and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away, on every device.
If you have Cue Pro, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
Your account, wardrobe, outfits, saved looks, style profile and wear history are all deleted.
Deleting it in the app deletes your account and everything our database holds with it at once, including our record of your Cue Pro subscription. The image files of your wardrobe photos stay with our image host until you email us, and then we delete them within 30 days.
Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own records of purchases, which they may need for tax and accounting. Deleting your Cue account doesn’t remove them, and it doesn’t cancel a subscription: cancel that in the store first. Email us and we’ll ask RevenueCat to delete its record of you.
